What is an esthetician?
An esthetician is a licensed skincare professional who specializes in treatments that improve the health and appearance of your skin. They provide services like facials, waxing, and skincare consultations, focusing on helping clients achieve their best, most radiant skin.
What is bridal esthetics?
Bridal esthetics is a specialized area of skincare and beauty focused on preparing brides for their wedding day. It includes personalized treatments like facials, waxing, and makeup designed to enhance the bride’s natural radiance, ensuring her skin looks flawless and glowing for the big day.
What forms of payment do we accept?
Cash, Cashapp, and debit/credit card
How often should I get facial/wax treatments?
You only need a facial once a month with good at home care. For certain concerns that we are treating, it may be beneficial for you to come more than that. For waxing it is okay to come every 4-6 weeks, depending on your hair growth.
What is Exfoliation?
Removal of dead skin cells
Do I need a series of peels?
For the best skin results, yes! Peels bought in series are your best option.
Can I wax on my menstrual cycle?
Yes love, it is completely okay. Sadly, we do not perform bikini services while menstruating.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is street parking.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes! No matter what services you are receiving, a $20 deposit is required.
Late Policy/NCNS (no call/no show)
Outlaws Oasis has a strict late policy. There will be a 10 minute grace period, which cuts into your treatment time. After 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to reschedule.
If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours with no penalty (you will get your deposit back, unless rescheduling)
A no call no show will result in forfeiting your deposit and $50 fee before rebooking with us.
Covid-19 Policy
If you have ANY COVID-19 symptoms/or test positive, please reschedule in 5-10 days (at least 5 days, even if you test negative before then. You will not lose your deposit. If you want to cancel without rescheduling, you forfeit your deposit (that is if it’s less than 24 hrs before your appointment.)
If I (your esthetician) fall ill, then your deposits will be returned and you can reschedule your appointment, deposit free.
