What is an esthetician?

An esthetician is a licensed professional that specializes in cosmetic skincare. We perform treatments that target surface level skin issues, such as breakouts, wrinkles, or dryness. Your esthetician can also provide body treatments such as waxing and massage (some types.)

Where are you located?

I am located in Eastern Market of Washington DC. Once your deposit is paid and the appointment is booked, you will receive an email with the exact address.

What forms of payment do we accept?

Forms of payment change to Cash, Zelle, credit/debit cards 

How often should I book a facial/wax?

You only need a facial once a month with good at home care. For certain concerns that we are treating, it may be beneficial for you to come more than that. For waxing it is okay to come every 4-6 weeks, depending on your hair growth.

What is Exfoliation?

Exfoliation is the removal of dead skin cells on the top layer of the skin.

Which peel should I get?

Once you schedule your consultation, we will decide during our zoom session.

Do I need a series of peels?

Yes! And we will discuss this more in depth at our scheduled consultation.

Do you sell products?

At this time, I only do drop ship for retail. This means I will order the products I recommended for you, you will pay me for the products you decide to purchase and it will ship directly to your residence.

Can I receive a wax on my menstrual cycle?

Yes, you can. I highly do not recommend. I do not perform brazilians or full bikinis when you are menstruating.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is tons of street parking.

Late Policy/NCNS (no call/no show)

Outlaws Oasis has a strict late policy. There will be a 10 minute grace period, which cuts into your treatment time. After 10 minutes, your deposit will be forfeited and you will have to reschedule.

If you need to cancel/reschedule your appointment for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours with no penalty (you will get your deposit back, unless rescheduling)

A no call no show will result in forfeiting your deposit and $50 fee before rebooking with us.

Covid-19 Policy

If you have ANY COVID-19 symptoms/or test positive, please reschedule in 5-10 days (at least 5 days, even if you test negative before then. You will not lose your deposit. If you want to cancel without rescheduling, you forfeit your deposit (that is if it’s less than 24 hrs before your appointment.)

If I (your esthetician) fall ill, then your deposits will be returned and you can reschedule your appointment, deposit free.
